I'm Marius. I run a one-person company in Norway, and I've spent the last stretch building businesses with AI instead of talking about it.
Some of it worked. Cirka, an AI marketing platform, now has more than 2,400 registered users, built with one co-founder while I was still working as a real-estate broker. Some of it half worked: an AI artist on Spotify that grew until I neglected it, which is why there's a whole module about cadence. A dropshipping store that runs itself in season and sleeps the rest of the year.
This club is the notebook I wish I'd had at the start. Real tools, real numbers, the mistakes left in. You get the lessons, the prompts I actually use, a call every Thursday and a place to show what you built.
